Peter Colton - Managing Director

Peter began his career as a student apprentice in Mechanical Engineering with Wadkin in 1966.

On completion of his degree, he did development work on tools, CNC and non CNC woodworking machinery before becoming General Manager of the Wadkin Tooling Division at the age of 28, a position he held for 17 years.

In 1992 he formed Colton Tooling Ltd.

Away from work Peter plays keyboard and guitar in a rhythm and blues band.

Craig Lockwood - Director

Craig joined Wadkin from school as a technician apprentice in 1979.

After gaining his HNC in Mechanical Engineering he moved to the Tooling Division where he ran the knife manufacturing section until leaving in 1988.

He left Wadkin to move into sales of manufacturing software selling MRPII and BOM systems. A further move concentrated on the sales of computer hardware to large corporates and health authorities.

He joined Colton Tooling in early 1992.

Spare time is spent racing around on a motorbike.
